My name is Niharika, and I’d love to share more about @sugar_free_licious and why it was created it. Sustainability has always been my passion and so I chose a career in renewable energy. All I ever wanted, was to make a positive impact being a part of this industry. But it did not take long till I realized that this sector runs on profits only. 

And then came, covid. It gave me more time with myself than I ever had before, and cooking became a major event to look forward to. Having a massive sweet tooth, after-dinner desserts became a ritual. But that ritual made me realize how much-processed sugar we consume in an innocent tiny muffin. I started to see Sugarfreelicious as a solution because the sweet tooth wasn’t going anywhere. So, I decided to leave my job to focus on this full-time.
