We've a strict legal binding with our vendors. Also we do random visits to the manufacturing sites and the warehouses. Along with that we also do random ordering to ensure the packaging is plastic free. We take strict actions against if any product or packaging is non-compliant to our policies.

Once an order is placed, if you'd like to add on products, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need us to cancel an order, please reach out to Customer Service right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. Once an order has been dispatched/processed, we are unable to cancel the order.
