If we believe in something, it's definitely possible. To strive for zero waste, we have 100% plastic-free and animal product free products with sustainable and re-usable packaging. This is just a start, we are on the way to bring more solutions for this planet. Goal is very simple 'planet over profit'. And with you we will show that 'impossible' can be the business.

We've a strict legal binding with our vendors. Also we do random visits to the manufacturing sites and the warehouses. Along with that we also do random ordering to ensure the packaging is plastic free. We take strict actions against if any product or packaging is non-compliant to our policies.

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on tracking number and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order please WhatsApp to our Customer Service (+91 63760 30318)

Once an order is placed, if you'd like to add on products, please send us an email at namaste@goingzero.in. If you need us to cancel an order, please reach out to Customer Service right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. Once an order has been dispatched/processed, we are unable to cancel the order.

We do not accept returns because of the environmental impact, however, if you have any issues with a product you have purchased (damaged and/or defective), please email us at namaste@goingzero.in and we will address them. Please read our Return Policy to learn more. We do not accept returns or issue refunds after 7 days.
